- Check in time?
- Can I come to the hotel before check in time ?
Yes, you could let your luggage at reception and enjoy our facilities until your room is ready.
- Check-out time ?
At 12pm. Late check out is subject to availability with extra charge.
- If I book on Half Board basis can I choose to have lunch or dinner included ?
Half Board includes Breakfast and Dinner. Any changes are subject to availibility.
- Is the termal circuit included ?
No, termal circuit is not included in the price unless you booked a package including it.
- Shall I book the termal circuit before coming?
Yes, we advise you to book it before your day of arrival. You can book it calling the following number 966882878 or writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Is parking free?
Outside parking is free of charge – Inside parking has an extra charge of 11€ a day.
- Do you accept pets?
Pets are not accepted in the hotel but we could arrange an alternative caring service.
- Has the hotel a swimming pool towel service?
Yes and it’s free of charge.
- Is the heated swimming pool available all year long ?
Yes, it is available all year long, except for the summer season, depending on the hotel occupancy and weather conditions.
- Do you have miniclub ?
Yes, it is open during high season (July and August) and depending on the hotel occupancy for the rest of the year.
- Does the hotel have a babysitting service?
Available on request with extra charge.
- Does the hotel offer airport shuttle ?
